Our homemade pasta
Our pasta is all homemade. Made only with fresh eggs and quality flour. We manufacture noodles, lasagne, pappardelle and ravioli whose filling is made according to the traditional Genovese recipe.
It 's done with the best flour mill, peeled Italian potatoes, real top quality fresh mozzarella and olives, cooked in a wood oven. You will find not only the "classic "pizzas but also our special unique and delicious recipes.
Traditional ligurian cuisine
At our restaurant you can enjoy dishes such as snails, buridda, fügassin, and ligurian gruel, a really ancient ligurian recipe of unmistakable flavour, made with extra virgin olive oil and chickpea flour mill.
On request, and in some specific moments of the year, we prepare different recipes as zemino of chickpeas, available in the first days of November, and a special Savonese soup usually being prepared only at Christmas.
Oysters, mussels, clams, cockles, truffles and more. The mixed fried and mixed grill are always available and made with fresh produce and fish. In some preparations we use fish frozen at source, i.e. frozen directly on the ships, to ensure the highest quality product.
Tiramisu, Bavarian chocolate, meringue, profitterol, apple pie with honey, pumpkin pie, bunétto with amaretti, semifreddo with berries are entirely of our own production.
